2. Processing and Production Time
All custom orders take 3 to 4 weeks to create prior to shipping, depending on the complexity of the design. Each piece is meticulously handcrafted to meet our high standards of quality and craftsmanship. Once your order is complete, we will process and ship your item within 1-3 business days. You will receive a notification with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees vary based on the destination, weight, and value of the item. The exact shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Jumeirah Fine Jewelry may offer complimentary shipping on select items or during special promotions. Any applicable customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and may be collected upon delivery.
4. Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the shipping destination and method selected. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
• North America: 2-5 business days
• Europe: 3-7 business days
• Middle East & Asia: 4-10 business days
• Rest of the World: 5-12 business days

5. International Shipping
We proudly ship to most international destinations. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are not included in our pricing and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office to understand any applicable charges before placing your order.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment through the carrier’s website. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
7. Shipping Insurance
All shipments from Jumeirah Fine Jewelry are fully insured for the value of the piece. In the unlikely event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund according to our terms.
8. Delivery Confirmation
To ensure the safe and secure delivery of your jewelry, a signature will be required upon receipt for all orders. Please make arrangements for someone to be available at the delivery address to sign for your package.
9. Incorrect Shipping Information
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase. Jumeirah Fine Jewelry is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize that your shipping address is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to update the address before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once the package is in transit.
10. Unclaimed Packages
If a package is returned to us due to being unclaimed or refused at the delivery address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package.
11. Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as customs inspections, severe weather, or carrier issues may cause delays. Jumeirah Fine Jewelry is not responsible for delays outside of our control, but we will do everything possible to assist in expediting your order.
